   SEAMANSHIP RIBBON

Young Marines can earn the Seamanship ribbon, on their own, online.  The Coast Guard Auxiliary offers an in-depth boating safety course, "America's Boating Course".  Young Marines can take this couse on line and you will receive a complete package which includes the course manual, the boating course CD, and a PIN number giving you access to the Internet course.  If you prefer, you can also attend a class and receive the course.  For details and a demo, follow this link to the America's Boating Course web site.
